Sleeping is a need every adult suggested sleeping in eight hours a day. As the best relaxing way, sleeping can recover body’s ability to regenerate body from the inside, and refresh our mind. For some people, sleeping a lot considered as the laziness. Nevertheless, that is not right. Lack of sleep can trigger overweight.
Sleeping habit closely related to somebody’s eating habit; Louis Aronne, MD, a doctor and the former president of The Obesity Societ, concludes it. All this time, he pays attention to his patient’s habit and relates it to their sleeping habit.
Patient who sleep less than seven hours a day are more likely to suffer overweight because it is easier for them to get hungry. Meanwhile, the patient who sleep eight hours a day regularly, are easier to get full and spontaneously easier to reduce their weight.
Why do those happened? Base on research from University of Chicago, sleeping is a
natural way to balance hormone, which produced by body. Hungry and full are
controlled by hormone, so if your sleep
is enough, you will not get hungry easily. It means you will be shunned from
consuming unneeded food.We can say that sleeping enough is the natural and cheapest
way to keep or decrease weight.
